2. Shipping Policy

2.1 What are APITRAIN order processing times?

All customer orders are processed same day if ordered before 3pm Monday to Friday. Orders are usually not shipped or delivered on weekends or bank holidays.

2.2 APITRAIN Delivery Information

We are obliged to deliver to the address on an item, and not the name. We strongly recommend using a private address to ensure you receive your parcel and prevent your parcel being lost. If you use a public/business location as the delivery address, APITRAIN are not liable if the parcel is lost after delivery and a signature is present on the tracking.

2.3 Where does APITRAIN ship to?

APITRAIN currently ships to the United Kingdom only. If you place an order and want it to be delivered somewhere outside the United Kingdom, please contact us at so we can provide accurate shipping costs.

2.4 Shipping rates & delivery estimates

UK National Orders

Shipping charges for UK national orders are free. Delivery estimates apply to orders placed before 3pm and only apply to weekdays.

2.6 Customs, Duties and Taxes

APITRAIN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

2.7 Damages

APITRAIN cannot be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. But if you received your order damaged, please contact us at to discuss a replacement. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before contacting us.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

3.2 Return Process

To return an item, please email us at to help you with your return. Please note, unless the return is due to an issue with the product, we request that you to be responsible for any return shipping costs. We strongly recommend you use a tracked form of delivery for return.

3.3 Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

3.4 Exceptions

For defective or damaged products, please ensure you take a photo of the packaging, the item and the packing slip before contacting us.
